About Greg
Greg lives and works around the world, so he has set up a lot of kitchens. His rule for every one of them is the same: fewer, better, versatile things, because less stuff means less clutter and fewer dishes.
Back in the family home he took on the practical upgrades: he replaced all the pans, sorted out the water filters and cleared out what the kitchen didn’t need.
Fewer, better quality and versatile equipment is better than more.
He grew up in Wales and Canada, where Sunday dinners and curries were always on the stove, and a Sunday dinner is still the first thing he cooks when he gets back.
He likes the gadgets that make life easier, like a dishwasher, an all-in-one pressure cooker or a good kettle, and has no time for the ones a sharp knife can replace.
